☐ Close doors and windows. Do not lock doors.
☐ Do not collect personal items.
☐ Move 100 feet from building and keep drives clear for emergency vehicles.
Accountability and Check In
☐ Conduct roll call upon arrival using the class roster. Do not count heads.
☐ Display Green Card if all students are present. Display Red Card if missing or injured.
☐ If any students are unaccounted for, write names and last known location and send immediately to the Evacuation Center Check In location.
☐ Submit Student Accountability Sheet to the Check In Table.
☐ Do not reenter until All Clear is announced by authorities or administration.
Parent Communication and Pick Up
Parents, guardians, and designated drivers are asked to not immediately pick up their child from the teacher's line outside. This prevents accurate accountability.
☐ Parents will be notified through School Reach Phone System and by email.
☐ A pass will be issued to parents upon checking in at the Evacuation Center.
☐ Parents give the pass to the child’s teacher. The teacher releases the child and records the release on the roster and the Reunification Log.
☐ Reunification occurs only after ID verification through RenWeb or FACTS and completion of the Reunification Log.
