Scene Safety

☐ Assess personal risk before intervening.

☐ Use gloves when blood is present and follow infection control practice.

☐ Do not move an injured person unless required for immediate life safety.

Documentation Essentials

☐ Record time, location, presenting condition, actions taken, and transfer to EMS.

☐ Notify Administration and parent or guardian when applicable.

☐ Submit incident documentation per policy for retention.
