Chancery EAP Coordinator
The Diocesan Director of Loss Prevention (Donna Eurich), under the supervision of the Chancellor (Deacon Harrison Garlick), is responsible for making sure this emergency action plan is kept up to date with practices and is reviewed periodically.

Scenario Command Summary
| Scenario | Command / Coordination Rule |
| Evacuation / Fire | Principal or Assistant Principal serves as Incident Commander. Director of Operations manages facility conditions. Teachers take rosters and report red/green card status. Office Staff manage check-in and parent notices. |
| Tornado / Severe Weather | Office Staff monitor official weather updates and announce shelter action. Administration may shut off utilities. Students remain sheltered until Administration or responding authority gives All Clear. |
| Medical / Injury | Call 911 when serious. Nurse / First Aid handles triage. The Principal or Assistant Principal is notified. Parents/guardians are contacted, and incident documentation is filed. |
| Intruder / Active Assailant | Any employee may initiate protective action without waiting for approval. Administration and Office Staff notify 911. Law enforcement controls tactical evacuation and scene clearance on arrival. |
| Bomb / Suspicious Package | Principal is Incident Commander / police contact. Assistant Principal coordinates classroom and office response. Director of Operations supports perimeter/facilities. Only law enforcement or Bomb Squad issues All Clear. |
| Media / Parent Communication | Use approved channels only. ThePastor is the school spokesperson unless another designee is assigned. Pastor and Superintendent are apprised through Administration. |
| Recovery / Reunification | Command Post coordinates accountability, First Aid, and reunification. Office Staff verify releases. Admin and Director of Operations complete after-action review and documentation. |

2.4 Media and Parent Communication
News departments monitor police, fire, and ambulance radio dispatch scanners. Therefore, reporters are aware of most emergency calls and often arrive on the scene very quickly or telephone for immediate information.
In case the news media shows up, please contact the principal or assistant principal. They in turn will apprise Father Elkin Gonzalez and Superintendent, David Dean, of the situation.
